Andrea So I am addicted to these dark chocolate bars, made by THEO
I love this company because it is Organic + Fair Trade + Delicious
My rule of thumb when it comes to the dark stuff:
Only buy dark chocolate that is at least 70% cacao!
This bar tastes so much like Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream…. seriously probably the best d. choc. bar I have had so far!
For those of you with a taste for bitter cacao – Theo also makes a 91% cacao bar!

Mmm, I love dark chocolate … the darker the better! I agree, it’s gotta be at least 70%
oh yeah if you ever get the chance to try the 91% you should because wow! it is awesome!
